If you have a gas furnace and you smell the pungent odor of rotten eggs, leave your home or business immediately and call 911 or the gas company. The gas company will safely locate the source of the leak and make recommendations to you for necessary repairs.

    Furnace Maintenance

    After our technician has made the needed repairs, they may recommend that you call for regular furnace maintenance to prolong the life of your heating system. One of the biggest things you can do to keep your HVAC system running at peak performance is to change the filters regularly. For thinner filters, this will be about every 30 days, while it can be up to 90 days for thicker, more efficient filters.
